GLOM does not lend. Franchisees fund the business themselves or through outside financing. SBA 7(a) loans can be used to start a business and cover working capital, subject to lender approval and eligibility, and we can point you toward lenders who work with franchise buyers.
No. Clinical roles are filled by licensed staff you hire. Your job is running the business, and that is what the training covers.
Real estate, licensing, insurance, staffing, equipment, supplies, technology, marketing, and working capital. The mix depends on the program and the location, and the figures that apply to you come with your consultation.
No. You can hire a qualified manager for daily operations. GLOM approves the manager and trains them to the same standard. Owning another business is fine, within the confidentiality and non-compete terms in the Franchise Agreement.
After you are approved and have signed an NDA, since it contains confidential material. You then have a federally required review period before anything is signed.
